How does it work?

Having employers find you is a lot easier than finding them. When you become part of Next Careers Foreign Teacher Market Place you can be guaranteed that employers will find you. Best of all its free and easy to do.

So how does it work?

Step 1

Go to the TEACHERS REGISTER HERE section on our web site and complete a detail profile of yourself. Once you are done press submit and we will send you an email approval.

Step 2

Once you have been approved you can log to our website and access the TEACHER DASHBOARD panel at the top of our website menu.

Step 3

After you login you can update your profile at any time.

Step 4

When you are happy with your professional profile our registered and approved employers can login and view your profile. Its important to stipulate your available start times so employers can accommodate for this. 

Step 5

We will contact you when employers request more information from you or when they want to conduct an interview. You have your interview with employers you then select which position you would like to take. Positions are available all year round so if you are not happy with what you are offered then you can decline and wait for another position to be offered.

Step 6

Once you and the employer are happy with the outcome and a contract is signed you will then be instructed on the required documentation needed to start your journey. 


Each position that becomes available has different pay rates and benefits. Next Careers will only let employers provide positions that comply with regulatory requirements for the specific country of employment. At all times we encourage employers to offer minimums including:

  • Accommodation or Accommodation allowance &
  • Flight reimbursements
