Job Type: Full-Time, Casual

Location: Laverton North, VIC 3026

Salary: $32.50 – $35.00 per hour + Super

Job Description:

Next Careers is currently seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives for an immediate start with one of our leading logistics partners in Laverton North. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for consistent shift work with weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and sorting of stock using RF scanners
  • Loading and unloading pallets using manual and powered equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area in line with WHS standards
  • Accurate stock counting and inventory checks
  • Working as part of a rotating shift team (AM/PM/Night shifts available)

Requirements:

  • Valid working rights in Australia (VEVO check required)
  • Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded but not essential
  • Steel cap boots and PPE compliance
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg repeatedly
  • Reliable transport to Laverton North site
